Is the Android box included with every plan?
No. The Android box is included only with the plan that says “with box.” The 12- and 24-month subscriptions without a box do not include the Android box.

Install Downloader from Google Play, open the app, enter code 200614, then follow the instructions. Once TéléAccès+ is installed, enter the code received with your subscription.
Is the Android box already configured?
Yes. The box is prepared with the TéléAccès+ app already installed. Simply plug it in, connect it to your Wi-Fi and open the app.

What is the switch-provider promotion?
